Why does the New York Soho need a Mosque & Community Center a as public intervention on Lafayette Street. The interest of this project is to question, under the prism of social resilience, the integration of an open mosque and the image of an American Muslim community too often hidden. Listed in a network of public programs, this mosque radiates to the scale of the object, with a specific architecture of a New York’s Islam.
